🌸Urgent Appeal: Help save an old father from lung disease, and a young mom overcome her grief. Assalaamualaikum wrbtBismillah. 1️⃣ REFUGEE MEDICARE - Ahamed. 63 yrs old Rohingya.▪️Ahamed was hospitalised in a local government hospital in Kuala Lumpur for Pseudomonas CAP with chronic hypercapnia. He was intubated on 7/11/23 and extubated on 17/11/23. He was reintubated again the next day at midnight due to respiratory distress. His condition improved and doctors planned for extubation on 27/11/23 with KIV tracheostomy. Unfortunately this plan could not be implemented, and compounded by his family’s inability to fund the tracheostomy and mounting unpaid hospital debts. Ahamed’s medical bill a few days ago has reached almost RM6K excluding cost of tracheostomy and further hospitalisation etc. 2️⃣ BB ASNAF -Sumi 34 yrs old local Malay poor in Kuala Lumpur.▪️Sumi is curently facing hardship in raising her 5 children. The eldest son is 14 years old and the youngest is only 5 months old. After a prolonged period of living in insecurity, Sumi’s husband was finally taken to PUSPEN for rehabilitation for 2 years. Sumiati works in a factory as an operator and brings home net income of RM739 monthly. She is not able to make ends meet. 🆘 We are reaching out to kind donors to help these two needy Muslims and others like them with kind Sadaqah or zakat.
