Dear Respected Donors,

As-salamu alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh.
Bismillah

With hearts overflowing with gratitude to Allah (swt) and to you, we are profoundly honored to share that the expansion of Masjid Umm al Mu’minin Aisha in Al-Jufinah Camp is now complete.

After two months of construction, the newly expanded masjid held its first Jumu’ah prayers on Friday, 29th August 2025. It was a day we will never forget.

For years, our community—hundreds of families displaced by hardship—had no choice but to answer the call to prayer under the relentless, blazing sun, with only the open sky as a roof. In the rainy seasons, we were drenched, our prayers mingling with the rain, our place of solace becoming a place of struggle.

Today, because of your compassion and generosity, that hardship is a memory. The new solid roof and walls are a shield against the elements. The soft carpets underfoot and the clear sound of the adhan from the new system have transformed our worship into an experience of peace and dignity we had almost forgotten.

You have not just built a structure; you have rebuilt a sanctuary. You have given a weary community its heart back—a safe, beautiful, and dignified space to connect with Allah, find solace, and strengthen our bonds with one another.

In Islam, a masjid is a house of Allah, and every step taken to it, every brick laid, is a continuous charity (Sadaqah Jariyah) for you. Every prayer performed in its cool shade, every Qur’an recited, every tear of relief shed by a child or an elder—all of this adds to your scale of good deeds, long after your initial act of kindness.

May Allah accept this noble deed from you, multiply its reward, and make it a weighty proof of your faith on the Day of Judgment. May He grant you and your families the highest ranks of Jannah, entered through the gate designated for those who give in His cause.

You have made an eternal difference here. You are in our du’as always.
